How do I opt-out of the competition?
If you no longer wish to participate in the free or VIP part of the competition:
1) Dial *54545# and go to “My Profile” to opt-out;
2) opt out of content services via *567#
3)To opt out the content services, send Stop/Leka to 567 -
Can I re-enter the competition after I have opted-out?
Yes. You can always opt-in again by dialing *54545#. Any points you earned during a previous session will carry over to the new session.

How do I check how many points I have?
You can check your balance at any time on the “My Profile” section on *54545#.

How many trivia questions can I answer each day?
As a free player you can answer 7 questions per day. If you upgrade to the VIP level, you can answer an additional 5 questions each day for a total of 12 per day.

How will I be notified that I have won?
Cash prize winners will be contacted by an agent on behalf of TNM via a phone call.
Airtime Winners will be notified through SMS. -
When will the winners be announced?
In the case of the daily airtime prizes, winners will be chosen at random throughout the day. These prizes are awarded electronically in real time and winners will receive an SMS notification of the prize. Airtime prizes will be credited to the account associated with the MSISDN selected as the winner for that airtime draw.
In the case of the weekly and grand cash prize draws, winners will be contacted once the draws have been finalized.
